Packages and process.
How does a quote work?
Pick a package and tell us what you need. We reply with a written scope. Work starts after you accept it.
How are timelines set?
The quote names the timeline for that scope. A short page and a full site are different jobs, and the written scope says which one you are buying.
What does a package include?
The list on the package. Anything outside that list is written into the quote before we start.
What happens after launch?
Care covers updates, backups and small edits. SEO covers technical and on-page work, with a monthly note. Both are agreed in a quote, and rankings are not guaranteed.
